Characterization of Protein Aggregation & Adsorption on Prefillable Syringe Surfaces

Investigating silicone oil-induced aggregation/adsorption of proteins at low/high concentrations in CZ silicone free vs siliconized glass syringe systems.
The purpose of this investigation was to examine the silicone oil-induced aggregation of proteins at low and high concentrations during storage and/or shipment of samples in Daikyo Crystal Zenith® (CZ) silicone oil free and siliconized glass prefillable syringe systems (SGS) as model surfaces and investigate the effect of protein adsorption onto these surfaces.
