Once we confirm the product you are ordering is in stock, at West, we do our best to ensure that your shipment will arrive on time, anywhere you ask. So, if you’ve placed your order after 3:00 p.m. (ET) on a Friday or over the weekend, West will process your order on Monday to be shipped on Wednesday, so please allow for some variability in arrival time. For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the amount West charges for this order. The Customer is responsible for payment of these charges at destination. The carrier will contact the Customer to arrange customs clearance and collect import duties. West’s Order Fulfillment team will contact the Customer after the Online Order is placed for capturing Importer of Record information (IoR).
