Quality Systems
The Quality Systems department manage the overall Quality Management System – a structured system that documents the procedures and processes which covers design, manufacturing, supplier management, risk management, complaint handling, CAPA handling, labelling and much more.
Quality Systems at West often follow FDA 21 CFR 820 and/or ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001.
