Evaluation of Container Closure Integrity for 4040/40 Lyophilization Stoppers

Lyophilization stoppers are primary container components designed to seal the opening of glass vials after the lyophilization process. It is critical that the stoppers provide vacuum retention and container closure integrity after lyophilization, stopper placement and prior to crimping as well as continued container closure integrity post crimping of the aluminum seal.
