West conducted a study to compare the CCI of glass and cyclic olefin polymer vials using two chlorobutyl stoppers, to address concerns regarding commonly used stoppers losing elasticity and sealability below their glass transition temperature (Tg) during storage of biologic drugs at cryogenic temperatures.
