NovaPure® Ready Pack® Component Container Closure Integrity Assessment

Describes finding appropriate capping parameters for four NovaPure® Ready Pack® (RP) system vial-stopper combinations, and the corresponding CCI investigation.
To determine if NovaPure® Ready Pack® (RP) system component combinations provide acceptable packaging solutions, a capping study was performed to test for appropriate percent compression and corresponding residual seal force. The combinations were tested using helium leak and blue dye ingress.
