TR 2000/038: B2-Coating - Biological Reactivity Tests In Vivo

This report finds that the B2-44 coating meets all USP Intracutaneous and Systemic Toxicity per USP XXIV/NF 19 Sect 88 requirements for dimethicone.
This report provides information on a series of toxicity tests performed on B2 per the requirements for Biological Reactivity Tests In Vivo per Section 88 of the USP XXIV/NF 19 in the NF monograph for dimethicone used to coat closures.
