NovaPure® plungers are made from 4023/50 a premium quality bromobutyl elastomer with West’s lowest particulate specification available. They are laminated with FluroTec™ barrier film to reduce the risk of a chemical interaction. NovaPure® plungers have been designed and manufactured using Quality by Design principles to reduce particulate, ensure dimensional control and consistency of delivery, while meeting the changing needs of higher volume injectable drug delivery systems.
