TR 2007/116: Lyophilization Stoppers and End Product Moisture Evaluation

Evaluation of moisture content in 6 different types of stoppers.
The steam sterilization process drives moisture into the stopper. If the drying conditions for the stopper are not optimized, residual moisture can transfer into the lyophilized drug product over time.
