Hurricane Milton Update
West is committed to providing timely and transparent communications to all our stakeholders regarding Hurricane Milton and its impact to our manufacturing operations at our Saint Petersburg site in Florida.
The area experienced severe winds and flooding, and most of the area continues to experience utility outages including electricity and water. As a result of our Emergency Action and Business Continuity Planning efforts and implementation of hurricane preparedness actions, our Saint Petersburg site experienced no major damage or flooding. Given the site’s swift response and recovery strategy we anticipate being able to resume operations early next week, assuming the local infrastructure recovery work is complete.
At this time, our main priority is the safety and welfare of our team members and their families, and we are working to contact each of them now. Our thoughts are with all those in the region who have been affected by this event.
We appreciate your support and will keep you informed of any implications to your business.

Israel - West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. Update
In response to the ongoing hostilities in Israel, we remain committed to providing transparent and timely communications concerning any impact on our manufacturing operations at our West Israel facilities and our overall supply chain. Our foremost concern is the safety and welfare of our team members, their families, and the local communities in this region. At present, all West sites, suppliers, and partners remain operational with no substantial disruption to our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Our primary logistics lanes for air and sea freight also remain open and fully functional.
To mitigate risks and ensure the continuity of supply, we are accelerating the shipment of all finished goods and critical components out of Israel. Additionally, we are leveraging alternative network warehouse solutions. West team members will reach out if an order is completed earlier than expected to discuss logistics accordingly. Our global crisis team is closely monitoring the evolving situation and remains in constant contact with our suppliers and logistics partners. We are prepared to inform you promptly of any changes that might affect your business operations.
We deeply appreciate the unwavering dedication of our West Israel team and partners who continue to support our customers and the patients they serve during these challenging times.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate these difficulties together. Should you have any specific customer inquiries or concerns, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Success representative.
