Diane Paskiet, Director, Scientific Affairs, serves as co-chair for the 2014 PDA Packaging Conference: Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems – Current and Emerging Practices, Technologies and Materials, which will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, Washington, D.C. on May 20-21, 2014.
This year’s conference focuses on the current and future challenges for parenteral packaging across a wide range of topics, including FDA regulatory thought on packaging standards and container closures, customer/supplier issues, quality agreements, innovations in packaging and reducing the complexity of the drug manufacturing process.
Diane will moderate “Pharmaceutical packaging Systems: An FDA Perspective on Quality and Risk Management” on Tuesday, May 20 from 8:30-10:00 a.m. and “Understanding Container Closure Systems and Potential Risks to Pharmaceutical Quality” on Wednesday, May 21 from 8:30-10:00 a.m.
