Standing Together for Patients: West Supports the CHOP Cure Sickle Cell Walk for the Third Consecutive Year

Our culture of giving was reflected in action as West team members participated in the CHOP Cure Sickle Cell Walk earlier this year, an event dedicated to advancing research, care, and hope for individuals living with sickle cell disease.

For the third consecutive year, West proudly served as the presenting sponsor of the walk, underscoring our ongoing commitment to supporting innovation and expanding access to care for patients and families affected by this lifelong condition.

West’s Sanjeev Seenath, PhD, Head of Medical Affairs, addressed participants, families, clinicians, researchers, and community advocates gathered in support of CHOP’s Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center. During his remarks, he announced our donation to the Center, reinforcing West’s long-term partnership and dedication to advancing progress in sickle cell care.
