By Your Side For Health

Health plan coverage is available day 1 of employment. West offers two medical plan options through Aetna, and West shares in the cost of these plans. The health plans offer varying levels of coverage depending on which plan you select.

It also includes:

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Prescription Drug coverage through Express Scripts
  • Two dental plan options through United Concordia
  • Vision coverage through EyeMed
  • Company paid Short-Term Disability and optional Long-Term Disability plans are also available

By Your Side For Wealth

West offers a 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2%, with immediate vesting. Team members are immediately eligible and can contribute even before enrolled into the 401(k) plan upon hire. In addition, the company will make an annual non-elective employer contribution (NEC) equal to 3% of your eligible earnings.
