Health plan coverage is available after day 1 of employment, with costs shared by the company which include three medical plan options through Aetna. The health plans have varying levels of coverage depending on how much you want to contribute through payroll and the deductible level you elect.
It also includes:
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options
- Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Prescription Drug coverage through Express Scripts
- Two dental plan options through MetLife
- Vision coverage through EyeMed
- Company paid Short-Term Disability and optional Long-Term Disability plans are also available.
