This report shows that the NovaPure plungers exhibited very consistent, smooth gliding force profiles with minimal variation.

Using Quality by Design (QbD) philosophy and principles, West has developed a new FluroTec® barrier film laminated 1mL Long NovaPure® plunger; which was industrialized with a quality target product profile of optimized break loose and gliding forces, and low variation from part-to-part.
