TR 2004/107: LyoTec Stopper Adhesion to Freeze Dryer Shelves

This report analyzes interactive effects of seven stopper combinations, surface coatings, and freeze dryer parameters.
As a service to our customers, West Pharmaceutical Services partnered with BOC Edwards Pharmaceutical Systems to study the interactive affects of stopper configuration, stopper surface coatings and several freeze dryer mechanical parameters on stopper adhesion to standard BOC Edwards Freeze Dryer shelves.
