For the past 10 years, Janet Cooper, Manager, Admin Services, Exton, has done it all at Canine Partners for Life: from cuddling puppies in the kennel, to giving demonstrations, to serving on the Board of Directors.

Our communities continue to face challenging circumstances related to COVID-19, and West is working hard to support our customers, our teams and our neighbors. Business as usual is changing, and we all struggle to understand what business as usual looks like now and what it means for each of us.

This March, West joins corporations around the world in celebrating International Women's Day and Women’s History Month to recognize the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. As a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) employer, West takes its responsibility to engage women in these traditionally underrepresented career paths seriously. With programs focused on the recruitment, retention and development of female talent, we are passionate about continuing to build an empowered and inclusive culture.

In particular, 2019 was a banner year for philanthropy at West. Our team members closed out the decade with considerable personal investments in both time and resources dedicated to improving their local communities and promoting a healthier world.
